Because of the Mediterranien sea is very near one of the most important sources of livelihood is the fishing, oyster farming and tourism. Bouzigues is a lovely small village with about 1200 inhabitants, 11 km from S‚te. Bouzigues is known how to preserve its old-world charm through its old streets, its promenade along the lagoon, its pleasant beaches, its friendly fishing ports and marine. Bouzigues has been the birthplace of shellfish farming in the Etang de Thau since 1925, when the inhabitants of the village succeeded in perfecting techniques for farming oysters and mussels.The "Bouzigues oyster" label is witness to the good quality of this food which for a long time was seen as a luxury. But today the oyster wants to be popular!

In the afternoon we spent some nice time by the sea with swimming and playing sports and games on the sand.. Some members of the Slovakian group were at the seaside the first time in their life.

In the evening we had the "French evening", we tasted delicious food of Languedoc region, this way now we have experiences of the phantastic French kitchen and hospitality.
